Can I reschedule my event if I cannot attend?
Yes, you may reschedule your event up to 48 hours before the event start time. However, rescheduling is subject to availability, and no refunds will be provided if the event is rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours of the event.
What happens if I don’t show up for my event?
If you do not attend the event, you forfeit the payment, and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed. Please make sure to attend your event as scheduled.
